Abstract:

With the consideration of the time sensitive characteristics in emergency events processing, a model of self-organization for multi-disposition-units that process the emergency events quickly and flexibly is proposed based on multi-Agent modeling. Considering emergency events can spread dynamically, a simulation of multi-disposition-units that process the emergency events using the self-organization model is performed. By comparing the result with the centralization model, the self-organization model can control and eliminate the emergency events more quickly and do better in restrain the spreading of the emergency events when the original emergency events’ scale is large.
