Abstract:

It is difficult to extract the jamming training samples for the time-domain discrete mainlobe jamming (MLJ) is discrete in time-domain, as the sample purity directly affects the jamming suppression effect and the target angle measurement performance. Aiming at the problem of radar jamming suppression and target angle estimation under the background of time-domain discrete MLJ, this paper proposes a sample-recognition-based radar sum-difference angle measurement method in time-domain discrete MLJ. In order to extract pure jamming training samples, the proposed method takes advantage of the time-domain correlation difference between the target and jamming in the sum channel and difference channel. Then the time-domain discrete MLJ can be suppressed based on the orthogonality of the spatial azimuth dimension and the spatial elevation dimension, and the target angle can be estimated at the same time. Theoretical derivation and simulation experiments show that the proposed method has good radar angle measurement ability in the time-domain discrete MLJ.
