Method of group evaluation based on two phases-bargaining

Abstract: Aiming at the inconsistent circumstances which exist in alternatives evaluation conclusions of different experts(or stakeholders),a method of group evaluation based on two phases-bargaining aggregation is proposed to solve the inconsistency.First,the views of group are divided based on the information given by the bargaining groups,then the courses of two phases-bargaining are conducted on inner-group views and inter-group views,respectively.The method has the characteristics of coordinated groups of the inconsistency views(or interests) and optimizing groups’ evaluation conclusions and so on.Finally,a numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
