Abstract:

Aiming at applying the centralized multi-sensor tracking system in an engineering situation of a high time-consuming demand and a relative tracking-precision demand, a new algorithm named parallel cen-tralized multi-sensor general association algorithm is proposed based on the theoretical analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the existing algorithms. In this algorithm, the score function of the multi-sensor general association algorithm is obtained, with which the measurement-track association, the track filter, the track quality management and the track initiation are done. The analysis results of the simulation data and the actual data show that both the tracking precision requirement and the time-consuming requirement of the centralized multi-sensor system are satisfied with this algorithm. The general performance is better than that of sequential centralized multi-sensor joint probabilistic data association algorithm and parallel centralized multi-sensor probabilistic nearest neighbor standard algorithm.
