基于多目标优化的C2组织平台资源动态调度方法

摘要:

针对指挥控制(command and control, C2)组织的平台资源动态调度问题,对战场上的突发事件进行了分析,针对平台损毁和任务增加两种突发事件,构建了以最大化任务完成质量和最小化计划调整代价为优化目标的数学模型,并基于非支配排序遗传算法设计了多目标优化模型的求解方法。仿真实验表明,所构建的C2组织平台资源动态调度模型及求解方法能够有效应对战场上的突发事件,能够为决策者提供多个有效的平台资源动态调度方案。

Abstract:

In order to deal with the platform resources dynamic scheduling problem in command and control (C2) organization, the emergencies on the battlefield are analyzed firstly. To solve two kinds of unexpected incidents, platform damage and new task, a mathematical model is built with two optimization objectives, to maximize the quality of tasks and to minimize the cost of the plan adjustment. The solution method of multi-objective optimization model based on nondominant sort genetic algorithm-Ⅱ is designed. Experiments show that the model and the method of the platform resources dynamic scheduling in C2 organization can deal with emergencies effectively. It can provide multiple effective dynamic scheduling plans for platform resources for decision makers.
