摘要:

精确制导武器是区域电子防空的首要作战对象,以红外、电视、激光为制导方式的光电制导武器占据绝大比例。干扰目标分配作为对抗过程中的关键环节,其准确性和合理性直接决定能否实现对敌有效干扰,确保己方重点目标的安全。在分析区域电子防空目标特征、对抗能力和决策难点的基础上,确立了基于多层防御的干扰分配思路。针对目标分配的前提威胁评估问题,提出了目标环境不确定条件下基于知识推理的威胁等级判定方法。依据威胁评估结果,建立以干扰效能指数最大化为目标的干扰分配数学模型,解决不同作战对手、对抗手段、力量配置情况下的分配决策问题。仿真实例表明,所提方法能够积极响应战场态势变化,在实时分配、精确干扰和主动调整上满足实战要求。

Abstract:

Precision guided weapons are the most important operation objects in regional electronic air defence combat, and especially the electrooptical guided weapons using infrared, television or laser guidance hold absolutely large proportion. Jamming target assignment, whose accuracy and rationality determine the jamming efficiency and own target safety, is a key point in the combat. The target character, own electronic warfare capability and decision difficulties are analyzed to establish the basic processing route of jamming target assignment, and the solution is based on multilayer defense. Then as the basis of target assignment, threat assessment of the jamming target is researched, and an assessment method based on knowledge reasoning is proposed to adapt to uncertain target environment. Finally, based on the target threat assessment results, the jamming target assignment model is built for different targets, countermeasures, and deployment of jamming resources, which is aiming at maximal jamming effectiveness index. The simulation result shows that this method can positively respond to target situation changes, and it has timely assignment, precise jamming and adjustment capacity to satisfy the actual combat requirement.
