基于工业工程的生产线平衡理论与方法,用平衡率和平滑性指数定量描述了导弹技术准备流程的线平衡效果,建立了线平衡的效费比模型,确定了瓶颈工作站作业时间的平衡区间,再结合技术准备工艺要求,应用消除、组合、重组、简化(eliminate combination rearrange simplify, ECRS)原则重组了工艺路线,然后引入了网络计划图,找到了瓶颈工作站的关键路径和工序,参照ECRS原则对该工序进一步重组,以此最终优化技术准备工作流程。
Abstract:
Based on the line balancing theory and method in the industrial engineering, the effect of the missile technical preparation process is quantitatively described by the line balancing rate and the smoothness index. The costefficiency ratio model is established to determine the balancing range of the working time of the bottleneck workstation. The route of the technical preparation process is rearranged using the eliminate combination rearrange simplify (ECRS) principle according to operational requirements. The critical path and its working procedures are proposed based on the network graph. The working procedures are rearranged further according to the ECRS principle, and finally the technical preparation process is optimized.
