摘要:

针对现行航空四站保障效能评估方法单一、评估偏差较大的问题,提出基于组合权重方法的组合评估模型,详细介绍了航空四站保障效能组合评估模型的建立过程,分别运用6种综合评价方法对该问题进行了评估分析,在对各评价结果进行事前一致性检验之后通过一定的组合算法实施组合评估,经过事后一致性检验发现该组合评估方法有效,可以对现行的效能评估工作进行组合评估改进。

Abstract:

Aiming at researching on the evaluation problem of aviation four-station support efficiency which is single and declinational, a new combined evaluation model is proposed to analyze this problem based on the combined weight method. Six single evaluation methods are used to analyze the evaluation problem, and through consistency check the consistent methods are combined to evaluate aviation four-station support efficiency. After spearman consistency check, the combined evaluation method is effective and it can be utilized to make some progress on the evaluation problem of efficiency.
