摘要:
针对允许横向供应的单级多点库存系统,建立了库存系统不缺货概率和器材保障总延误时间模型,并给出了给定各点库存数量下保障延误时间仿真算法。在此基础上,以库存系统的总保障延误时间最小为目标,以库存系统的不缺货概率为约束,提出了一种器材配置优化的策略,并用算例验证了保障延误时间仿真算法和器材配置优化策略的可行性。
Abstract:
Aimed at single echelon and multi depot inventory system with horizontal supply, the models of not out of stock(NOOS) probability and total material support delay time are established. The simulation algorithm of support delay time under given material number of every depot is offered. Based on these models, an optimal strategy for material allotment is put forward with the object of minimal total material support delay time and subject to satisfying the NOOS probability requirement. The feasibility of the algorithm and the optimal strategy is validated by an example.
