Abstract:

P-sets (packet sets) is proposed by introducing the dynamic characteristic into a finite general set X and improving the finite general set X. P-sets has dynamic characteristics. There are two phenomena that information elements are lost or increased in information systems. By introducing the memory characteristic of living creatures into the phenomena, and using P-sets, the concepts F-memory  information of memory information, F-memory  information and mixed memory information as well as their characteristics are given. The concept of memory measure and the filtering theorem of memory information are given. Moreover, the dependence theorem of memory information and the invariance theorem of mixed memory are proposed. The application of memory  information is provided. That information is memorized is one of the many applied characteristics about P-sets.
