摘要:
针对武器装备科研经费分配难的问题,首先,考虑了不同武器装备研制费用随时间的分布模型,其次,在满足多种现实约束的情况下,以分配方案最大化满足经费需求为目标建立了数学规划模型,并设计了基于差分进化的求解算法。针对模型的特殊性,设计了特殊的编码方式,以满足各种现实约束。最后,通过一个示例验证了该模型和算法的有效性,可以为武器装备科研经费规划提供决策支持。
Abstract:
Aiming at difficulties in the weapon equipment scientific research budgets allocation problems, timedependent research and development cost distribution models of weapon systems are taken into consideration firstly.Then a new mathematical planning model is established under the condition of meeting various constraints in reality, whose objective function is set as the maximum of meeting budget needs. A solving algorithm is put forward based on differential evolution.According to the particularities of the solving model, a special coding data structure which can satisfy various constraints in reality is proposed. Finally, a case is studied to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm, which can support the decision making on the allocation of weapon scientific research budgets.
